Lily was born and raised on the beautiful island of Mallorca. She traveled the world and lived in many places but the island she always carried inside, so she decided to return in 2018 and set up a guide on interesting people and sustainable places: mallorcalma.

In 2013 Lily discovered the healing power of yoga at the Jivamukti school, while she suffered a lot of pain from a crooked spine (scoliosis). Since then she has not left the practice, which has become a part of her life.

In order to help other people, as much as yoga has helped her, she was trained 75h at Jivamukti in Barcelona, 2019 and 300h by Jules Febre and Rima Rabbath in India, 2020.

In addition to practicing yoga, she loves being in nature, following a sustainable and healthy lifestyle and cooking vegan and vegetarian dishes for friends.

Her mantra: lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu - may all beings everywhere be happy and free and may the thoughts, words and actions of my own life contribute

somehow to this freedom and happiness of all.
